It's a bittersweet moment for Dead Cells Mobile fans! After years of thrilling updates since 2018, the developers are bringing the curtain down on new content. But don't worry, the game itself will remain playable. Let's dive into what the final updates, "Clean Cut" and "The End is Near," have in store for Android players.
What's in the Final Updates?
These final updates pack a punch! Get ready for four brand-new weapons, including the quirky giant Sewing Scissors and the high-risk, high-reward Misericorde sword. The Misericorde delivers devastating critical hits on weakened enemies, but missing the finishing blow comes with a curse. Similarly, the Anathema, a heavy ranged weapon, explodes on impact but curses you if it hits anything. Balancing this out is the new Indulgence skill, a powerful beam of light that can cleanse some of your curses.
Beyond weapons, you'll find exciting new game modes like Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY, along with a whopping 40 new heads to customize your character. An added bonus? An in-game NPC lets you swap heads whenever you like!

New Mutations and Enemies
The updates also introduce some challenging new mutations. Cursed Flask lets you use your health flask without consuming a charge, while Damned Vigor gives you a brief window of invincibility to secure a kill. Demonic Strength boosts your damage when cursed.
Prepare to face new foes! The Sore Loser curses you upon death, the Curser unleashes guided cursed skulls and slashes at close range, and the terrifying Doom Bringer can instantly kill you if you accumulate over 50 curses.
