Of course, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes isn’t allowed to proceed without issues. When the sword that’s supposed to be Lord Semine’s gift goes missing, you’re tasked with finding it. Here’s where to find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Finding Lord Semine’s Sword in “Wedding Crashers”
Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as Lord Semine’s gift, has vanished. He doesn't know the thief's identity, but he mentions seeing an unfamiliar man in yellow lurking around. Your initial task is to locate this man wearing yellow.
You can approach and question anyone dressed in yellow about the sword. Most will deny any involvement, but some will provide a lead, suggesting that a man in yellow was seen heading upstairs in the stable. Upon checking the upper level of the stable, you'll encounter Hans attempting to charm a woman.

Hans, indeed wearing yellow, isn't the thief. However, he witnessed Svatya, the bailiff’s son and the bride's brother, taking the sword. When asked why Svatya would steal it, given his impending familial connection to Lord Semine, or what he did with it afterward, Hans advises you to question Svatya directly, as he didn’t follow him after the theft.
Confronting Svatya
Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and head towards the tree where musicians are performing for the wedding guests. Svatya is to the right, near the stables' wall, drinking. He's visibly carrying a sword, suggesting you might retrieve the missing one.
Unfortunately, Svatya has already discarded Lord Semine’s gift. He confesses to stealing it out of resentment towards Old Semine's treatment of them, aiming to embarrass him by making it seem like he misplaced his son’s present. However, Svatya didn't consider the repercussions or that his father might not shield him from theft charges.
Svatya reveals he tossed the sword into the pond, lacking time to prepare a hiding spot. If you danced with Myshka earlier, she led you to the pond. Otherwise, locate the pond by heading to Radovan’s position; the door on the fence behind him leads to the pond's edge.
Getting the Sword

Upon opening the door, take a few steps forward and look down to spot the sword in the water. Retrieve it, and your objective shifts to returning it to Radovan. He'll inquire about the thief, and you can either reveal Svatya's involvement or sidestep the issue, focusing on the sword's recovery.
Once you return Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to Radovan, the ceremony can commence. Ensure you complete any tasks that must be done before the wedding before speaking to Radovan. Then, offer your congratulations to the newlyweds and proceed to the next main quest.
