Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, renowned for their Construction Simulator series, and publisher astragon have unveiled their latest project, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. This upcoming simulation game, powered by Unreal Engine 5, immerses players in the intense world of firefighting. Scheduled for release in Fall 2025, the game will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Players will step into the boots of a firefighter, tackling a variety of emergencies including rescuing trapped citizens, battling electrical blazes, handling flammable liquids, and managing dangerous situations like grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. The game also supports four-player co-op, allowing you to team up with friends for a more collaborative experience.
Firefighting Simulator: Ignite aims to deliver a highly realistic experience with advanced fire, smoke, and heat physics. To enhance immersion, the game features officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from top industry brands such as HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. Players will have access to a range of tools including fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, as well as personal protective equipment. Additionally, the game includes authentic fire trucks from Rosenbauer America, such as the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the brand-new RTX.

Players can also personalize their characters, adding a unique touch to their firefighting experience. Opting for the Extended Edition grants you additional perks, including a Dalmatian dog for your firehouse.
