Fortnite is set to immerse players in the Star Wars universe with its upcoming season, "Galactic Battle," launching on May 2, 2025. This season promises an epic Star Wars-themed Battle Pass and a thrilling five-part saga filled with surprises. One of the most talked-about additions is the introduction of Darth Jar Jar to the Battle Royale mode, which was announced during the Star Wars Celebration event. The Battle Pass will include iconic characters like Emperor Palpatine and unique mashups such as Wookiee Cuddle Team Leader. New offerings in the Item Shop will feature Mace Windu, and players will have the exciting opportunity to pilot and co-pilot X-Wings and TIE Fighters. Themed map locations will further enhance the immersive Star Wars experience.
The five-part saga will unfold over several weeks, each with its own unique theme:
- Imperial Takeover – May 2, 2025
- The Pull of the Force – May 8, 2025
- Mandalorian Rising – May 22, 2025
- Star Destroyer Bombardment – May 29, 2025
- Death Star Sabotage – June 7, 2025
This saga will culminate in a live in-game narrative event, allowing players to feel as if they hold the fate of the entire galaxy in their hands.
