Before tackling the Bull Mural, players must Pack-a-Punch a weapon and eliminate a Shock Mimic to acquire a Monocle—a prerequisite for the Ice Staff assembly. With the Monocle in hand, head to the rightmost section of the Tomb area, where you'll find purple lanterns.
Shoot all the purple lanterns until the light in front of the Bull Mural glows. Eight Roman numeral symbols will then illuminate on the bull. The solution lies in shooting these numerals in ascending numerical order, from I to VIII.
