Yes, there's a chance! But the Ray Gun is also a possibility, making it a gamble. Crafting is the reliable method.
Crafting the Staff of Ice:
The Staff of Ice requires three components: the Monocle, the Head Piece, and the Staff itself.
1. Obtaining the Monocle:
This is the easiest piece. Simply eliminate the first Shock Mimic you encounter in a match. The Monocle will drop; interact with it to add it to your inventory.
2. Acquiring the Head Piece:
Navigate to the Neolithic Catacombs. Locate the wall with the cave painting. If the wall isn't illuminated, activate Dark Aether lanterns in the area until one is positioned near the mural. This will reveal Roman numerals (I-X). Shoot them in ascending order. A correct sequence triggers a lockdown; survive the onslaught to claim the Head Piece.
3. Securing the Staff Piece:
Proceed to the Tombs room. Repeat the lantern-lighting process, aiming for the lantern closest to the bull mural (head facing left). Shoot the illuminated Roman numerals (I-VIII) in ascending order. Survive the ensuing lockdown to obtain the Staff piece.
4. Assembling the Staff of Ice:
Once you possess all three components, access the Dark Aether Nexus. Interact with the central structure to place the pieces. A wave of enemies will attack; defend the Staff until it's fully assembled. Strategic use of perks and GobbleGums (like Kill Joy and Free Fire) is highly recommended.
