With the March 10 update in *Fields of Mistria*, players can now access the Fire Seal after navigating through the preceding altars. To unlock this seal, you must gather four specific items: a Faceted Rock Gem, Rockroot, an Emerald, and a Sealing Scroll. Below, we detail how to obtain each item and successfully unlock the Fire Seal.

The Faceted Rock Gem, an essential artifact, is located within the mines of Fields of Mistria. Ensure you're on the latest game version and venture into the mines to reach Floors 50-59. Our team discovered the gem on Floor 56 after some diligent digging. Like other artifacts, you'll need to dig at marked spots on the ground using a pickaxe or shovel. Keep in mind, the Faceted Rock Gem is quite rare, so expect to spend time exploring multiple floors to secure it.

Rockroot, a common forageable item, can be found between Floors 50-59 in the mines. If you're a regular in the mines, chances are you've already picked some up. Look for a dark, root-like plant as shown in the image. Only one Rockroot is needed to fulfill the Priestess’ altar requirement.

Emeralds are the most straightforward items to collect for the Fire Seal offerings. They can be found in the mines on Floors 50-59 within geodes, making them fairly common. Alternatively, you can obtain Emeralds by breaking large boulders around Mistria or purchasing them from Balor’s Wagon for a modest 200 tesserae. If you've unlocked the Stone Refinery with the March 2025 update, crafting Emeralds is another viable option.

The Sealing Scroll, the final piece needed to break the Fire Seal, is connected to a quest initiated after meeting Juniper and discovering the seal. To secure the scroll, you'll need to enlist Balor's help, which comes at a cost. You'll need to gather:
- 10 Silver Ingots
- 10 Rubies
- 10 Sapphires
- 10 Emeralds
These materials can be found within the mines. Once you've collected everything, deposit them in the bin next to Balor’s Wagon to obtain the Sealing Scroll.
Unlocking the Fire Seal
Once you have the Sealing Scroll, Faceted Rock Gem, Emerald, and Rockroot, return to Floor 60 of the mines to offer these items at the altar. This action will unlock the Fire Seal, granting access to a new biome and further content during Early Access.
