- Online Applications: Apply for various CTM services online, including mobile, internet, and data roaming plans.
- TicketEasy: Check the status of your tickets at CTM shops, draw tickets, and view ticket status.
- CTM Wi-Fi Autosetting: Easily configure your device for CTM Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Phone & Equipment Maintenance: Check the status of your phone and equipment for any maintenance or repair needs.

- Postpaid Usage & Payment: Check your usage and pay your bills using QR code for postpaid customers.
- Prepaid Usage & Expiry: View your remaining usage and expiry date for prepaid customers.
- Online Applications: Apply for various CTM services online.
- CTM Membership & Rewards: Access your CTM membership details and rewards services.
- CTM Wi-Fi Resend & Reset Password: Resend or reset your CTM Wi-Fi password.
