Oni Press has secured the Adventure Time comics license and is already unleashing fresh stories starring Finn, Jake, and the Land of Ooo crew. The publisher is gearing up to launch the monthly series' newest arc titled "Friends to the End," with IGN obtaining exclusive previews of issue #5's covers.

The creative team for Adventure Time #5 includes writer Nick Winn (known for Silver Sprocket's Bloody Mary) and artist Kenzie Bugg (Tuca and Bertie for Adult Swim). The issue features cover artwork by the creators themselves along with contributions from Shelli Paroline, Braden Lamb, and Agustin Morales. Additionally, the comic includes a bonus story from Derek Ballard, a writer and storyboard artist from the original animated series.

Following their cosmic dance-off, Finn and Jake receive shocking news - Billy has unexpectedly resurfaced in... the Computer Kingdom?
