Approximately two and a half years ago, we enjoyed the excellent dungeon crawler, Dungeons of Dreadrock, developed by Christoph Minnameier. Inspired by classics like Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder, it offered a top-down perspective and a strong emphasis on puzzle-solving across its 100 unique levels. Each floor presented a new challenge, often resembling a logic puzzle, requiring players to strategically trigger traps and overcome enemies. Our review praised the game's difficulty and innovative level design, leading to its successful release across numerous platforms. Now, we eagerly anticipate its sequel: Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 – The Dead King’s Secret.
The striking red background and prominent Nintendo Switch logo, accompanied by the familiar snapping sound effect, confirm that Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 will debut on the Nintendo Switch eShop on November 28th. However, PC gamers needn't despair! A PC version is in development and can be added to your Steam wishlist. Mobile players on iOS and Android can also look forward to the game's arrival, though specific release dates haven't yet been announced. We'll keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available regarding the mobile and PC release dates.
