Re-rolling your Avowed character? This guide shows you how to respec abilities, attributes, and even your companion's stats.
Why Respec?
Choosing the right build at the start can be tricky. This guide helps you adjust if your initial choices aren't working out, whether you're shifting from a pure mage to a spellsword or optimizing your late-game build.
Respeccing Abilities
To reset your ability points, open the menu, go to "Abilities," and find the "Reset Points" option at the bottom. The initial cost is 100 Copper Skeyt, increasing with gameplay. This resets all skill trees except "Godlike" abilities (obtained through in-game choices).
Respeccing Attributes
Unsatisfied with your attribute points? Open the menu, navigate to "Character," and locate the respec button under your attribute list. The initial cost is 100 Copper Skeyt (increasing later). This allows you to redistribute your attribute points.
Respeccing Companions
To respec your companion, open the menu, select "Abilities," then the "Companions" tab. Under your companion's name, you'll find a respec button with a Copper Skeyt cost. Note: you must respec each companion individually.
