The event, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," is expected to unveil a wealth of Natlan content, including official banners and exciting free rewards.
The Bennett Debate: Freebie or Overkill?
A hot topic of discussion is the decision to offer Bennett, the adventurous 4-star character, for free during the Genshin Impact Special Program. While many players hoped to receive Kachina, a native of Natlan, Hoyoverse chose a different path. Bennett, who is rumored to hail from Natlan, aligns with the region's theme, albeit indirectly. Players will need to complete a world quest to claim him. This move breaks from tradition, as typically, a new region's character is given away to aid in exploration. Kachina, unfortunately, will not be available for free.
Free Pulls Galore
The community is abuzz with the news of free pulls, with the number fluctuating before settling at 115. By completing all content in version 5.0, players can secure this amount. Even those with less time to grind can still expect around 90 free pulls. With version 5.0 set to launch on August 28th, coinciding with Genshin Impact's 4th anniversary, players can look forward to additional rewards. A 7-day login event will offer ten fates, 1600 Primogems, an unrestrained pet, and a gadget. Combining daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss runs, and events, players can accumulate approximately 18,435 Primogems, equivalent to 115 wishes.
