Cut Bloodborne Content Revived by Modders for PC

The Bloodborne Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, reinstates all cut content from the original game, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. Despite some texture and animation glitches, enemies remain functional.

Magnum Opus significantly alters the base Bloodborne experience, reintroducing weapons, armor sets, and repositioning enemies. The accompanying video showcases several of these new bosses.

While a PC release was nearly a reality last August, with hints from Hidetaka Miyazaki, no official announcement has been made. This has led players to explore workarounds and emulators.

The emergence of the RPCS3 emulator proved a game-changer. Modders quickly accessed the game and its character editor, though initial gameplay was impossible. That hurdle has now been overcome, and online videos, while imperfect, demonstrate Bloodborne running on PC.
