In the world of Metaphor: ReFantazio, each dungeon presents formidable foes that serve as mini-bosses on your journey to the ultimate challenge. These enemies, often marked in red on the overworld Fairy Sight, require strategic Squad combat to overcome. One such daunting adversary you'll encounter in the Spire Of Blind Faith is the Faithwight Magileto. This enemy poses a significant challenge, necessitating a well-crafted strategy and a bit of luck to emerge victorious.
Faithwight Magileto Weakness & Skills In Metaphor: ReFantazio
Weakness | Repel | Resists | Blocks |
---|---|---|---|
Strike | Light | Pierce | Electric |
At level 50, the Faithwight Magileto can summon additional level 50 enemies, making it advisable to engage them only when your party is at least level 45. These formidable foes wield powerful dark and light magic, capable of targeting single characters or the entire party. Their arsenal includes Megidolaon, a devastating spell that inflicts massive damage across the board. Additionally, they benefit from passive buffs that amplify the damage of dark, light, and electric elements. Faithwight Magiletos can also use Soul Scream to gain four Press Turn icons in a single turn and summon level 50 skeletons to bolster their ranks in combat.
The summoned skeletons bring powerful slashing attacks and dark magic to the fray, along with potent buffs and one of the game's most effective healing spells, which they can use to fully restore the Faithwight Magileto's health. These minions share the same weakness to Strike attacks, making it crucial to exploit this vulnerability to secure victory.
How To Beat Faithwight Magileto In Metaphor: ReFantazio
Conquering the Faithwight Magileto is a daunting task, even at level 50, and nearly impossible at lower levels. To enhance your chances, consider the following preparations:
- Acquire Dark Dodge from the Magic Knight.
- Obtain Light Dodge from the Healer Archetype.
- Inherit Strike skills from the Brawler Archetype.
- Utilize the Warlock Archetype, which resists both Dark and Light damage.
- Employ the Thief Archetype, which resists Dark damage.
- Carry Tetrabreak to counter summoned enemies using Tetrakarn.
The specific Archetypes you choose are less critical than ensuring you cover as many of the above points as possible and avoid weaknesses to Dark, Light, or Slash. If you have access to multiple Archetypes and can utilize Skill Inheritance effectively, prioritize Strength-heavy Archetypes. Ensure at least two party members have party-wide healing spells, and equip everyone with a Strike Attack to maximize Press Turn Icons while maintaining healing to counteract the health loss from these attacks.
Luck plays a role in this battle, as consecutive Megidolaons can be nearly impossible to withstand. Equipping most party members with Dark and Light dodge can help end the enemy's turn more quickly. If the Faithwight Magileto summons allies, prioritize eliminating them before they can deploy their healing magic. Consider using the Dekaja skill to dispel any buffs from summoned enemies. Your goal each turn should be to execute at least six Strike attacks and two party-wide healing spells to maintain the upper hand.
