Fuecoco Takes Center Stage in March's First Community Day

Pokémon GO enthusiasts, mark your calendars for March 8, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, as Fuecoco will be making frequent appearances on the map. This is your chance to catch this fiery Pokémon, especially with an increased Shiny rate during the event.

Evolving Fuecoco into Skeledirge, via its intermediate evolution Crocalor, during this event window allows it to learn the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Remember, this exclusive move can only be learned within a week following the event. Additionally, Skeledirge can learn the Charged Attack Torch Song without any time restrictions, adding versatility to your battle strategies.

Don't miss out on the Special Background Timed Research, which not only increases your chances of encountering a Shiny Fuecoco but also rewards you with a Fuecoco encounter featuring a Seasonal Special Background. These tasks are available until March 15, 2025, at 10:00 pm local time.

For a more exclusive experience, trainers can purchase the Community Day Special Research ticket for $2.00, gaining access to three Fuecoco encounters with a Seasonal Special Background, along with the usual Battle Pass and Rare Candies. This ticket can also be gifted to friends at a Great Friends level or higher.

Launched on February 11, 2025, the Beloved Buddies event introduces Dhelmise and offers a unique Timed Research with two distinct paths, each aligned with either Candela, the leader of Team Valor, or Arlo, a Team GO Rocket leader.

Starting with common tasks that reward Ultra Balls and encounters with Remoraid and Mantine, trainers then choose their path:

• Candela's Path: Focus on bonding with your Buddy Pokémon and Candela, earning Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.

• Arlo's Path: Emphasize catching Pokémon and battling, receiving similar item rewards, including a Pocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
