New Marvel Rivals Characters Arriving February 21, 2025
NetEase announced major updates coming to Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls in their February 11 blog. The mid-season refresh will introduce Human Torch and The Thing while resetting competitive rankings.
The Fantastic Four roster becomes complete on February 21 with Human Torch (classified as Duelist) and The Thing (Vanguard) joining Marvel Rivals. NetEase confirms concurrent balance changes that "will significantly alter battlefield dynamics." While specific adjustments remain confidential, certain characters will receive buffs or nerfs to accommodate the newcomers.
Mister Fantastic (Duelist) and Invisible Woman (Strategist) premiered earlier in Season 1. This debut season features three additional maps, limited-time events, and the innovative Doom Match game mode.
