- Tame a Pet: You'll encounter a quest that teaches you how to tame pets. Here’s how it works:
- Find an animal you want to tame (e.g., Deer, Wolf, Spider).
- Attack it once.
- Hold a food item the animal likes (Apples for Deer, Raw Deer Meat for Wolves).
- Look for a heart to appear above their heads, indicating a taming attempt.
- If the heart grows fully, the animal will become your pet. If it turns black, you’ve failed and should try again with another animal.
Once you've reached level 20 and tamed a pet, you're ready to move on to the next step.

At level 20, head to **Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire**. He'll offer you a quest called "Jimmy's Delivery". Accept it and head north through Wayshire’s northern entrance. Follow the road and climb over the hill into **Greatwood Forest**. Be cautious of the mobs here as they can be challenging. Continue north until you reach **Ashenshire**, marked by large houses atop towering trees.

In Ashenshire, find a rope and climb it. The first NPC you'll meet at the top is **Madonna the Stable Master**. Speak to her and choose the option "I have a package for you." She'll accept the package. To complete the quest, head back to Wayshire by backtracking south through Greatwood Forest.

Upon returning to Wayshire, speak to **Jimmy the Stable Master** again. He'll reward you with a **Saddle**, which won't appear in your inventory to prevent accidental loss or sale.
How to Mount Your Pet in Rune Slayer

With the saddle secured, summon your pet by holding "T". Approach your pet and select the "Mount" option by pressing "E". This will allow you to ride your pet, and it works for all mountable pets in *Rune Slayer*.
