Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, often abbreviated as HoWA, stand out as some of the most expensive and sought-after unique items in Path of Exile 2. These coveted Gloves can transform various endgame builds, making them a critical component for players focused on mapping and bossing. Acquiring a pair of HoWA is a challenging endeavor, but we've got you covered on how to secure these rare gloves.
How to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2
Hand of Wisdom and Action can drop from Xesht, We That Are One, the ultimate Breach boss in the Twisted Domain. To access this area, players must use a Breachstone at the Realmgate, conveniently located next to the starting point on the Atlas. Simply click the home icon on the Atlas to zoom in on this location.
Alternatively, HoWA can be purchased from the Path of Exile 2 official trading website. Be warned, however; even the lowest tier of HoWA can command a price of multiple divines due to their rarity and value.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
There are two methods to acquire a
Breachstone in PoE 2:
- Combine 300
Breach Splinters: These splinters drop from Breach map nodes on the Atlas. Although they are common, gathering 300 splinters will require farming numerous Breaches. Once you have them, stack them together to form a Breachstone.
- Use the Currency Exchange: You can buy both Breach Splinters and Breachstones through the in-game Currency Exchange by speaking with Alva and setting an appropriate price. A Breachstone typically costs around 50-60
Exalted Orbs, but prices can vary based on market dynamics.
For the best HoWA, aim for at least 4% Attack Speed per 25 Dexterity, 1-12 Lightning Damage per 10 Intelligence, and two rune Socket slots. Achieving these perfect rolls requires using a Vaal Orb on your HoWA.
Can You Use Orb of Chance to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action
Unfortunately, no. HoWA is a unique drop exclusive to Xesht, We That Are One, and does not appear on the regular loot table. This means you cannot use an
Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps to attempt acquiring it, unlike items such as Astramentis,
Headhunter, or
Polcirkeln.
