Does Pity Carry Over in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered

Sunborn's Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, features gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity system carries over between banners. The short answer is: yes, for limited banners.

Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium?

Yes, your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. During the global launch, the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners demonstrated this. Pulling on either banner increased the pity counter for both. This means you can strategically switch between banners to maximize your chances. This carryover applies to all future limited banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. However, the pity counter does not carry over between limited and standard banners.

Pity Mechanics:

Remember that while hard pity is reached at 80 pulls, soft pity begins around 58 pulls. Your chances of obtaining an SSR unit gradually increase after 58 pulls, ensuring a guaranteed SSR at 80 pulls.

This information should clarify the pity system in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium. For additional game tips and guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and locating the in-game mailbox, check out The Escapist.
