Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Detailed
Get ready for Pokémon GO Tour: Unova, an exciting in-person event coming to Los Angeles and New Taipei City in February 2025! This immersive experience, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, promises a deep dive into the Unova region.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)
The event will be held at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles and New Taipei’s Metropolitan Park. Trainers can explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) featuring Unova Pokémon, including shiny Deerling variants depending on location and time.
Ticket holders can participate in Masterwork Research to encounter Shiny Meloetta, hatch Shiny Sigilyph and Bouffalant, and potentially find shiny Pikachu with unique hats via Field Research. Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses, Druddigon in Three-Star Raids, and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in One-Star Raids, all with increased shiny rates.
Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD in Los Angeles and $630 NT in New Taipei. Add-on ticket purchases offer extra bonuses. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8 respectively), with booths and team lounges providing merchandise and relaxation areas. A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will run March 1-2 for free.
Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)
Before Unova, join Professor Willow and Eevee for Pokémon GO City Safari in Hong Kong and São Paulo! This citywide event (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time) features a special explorer hat-wearing Eevee. Evolving this Eevee (25 candy) retains the hat.
The Eevee Explorers Expedition earns a second hatted Eevee. Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more appear in the wild, with Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu styles), Swablu, and Skiddo available from eggs. Location-specific Pokémon encounters add to the excitement. Maps are provided, and Pikachu/Eevee visors are available (first-come, first-served).
