- Superliminal arrives on mobile devices this July
- Break free from a repeating dream loop
- Solve puzzles using clever forced perspective mechanics
The indie puzzle sensation Superliminal is launching on mobile next month. This first-person puzzle adventure will be available on the App Store and Google Play starting July 30th, and pre-registration is now open on both platforms.
Originally developed by Pillow Castle and released on Steam in 2020 to sustained 'Very Positive' reviews, Superliminal is now being brought to mobile by publisher Noodlecake. The mobile edition will include controller support from day one.
You're dozing off in front of the television late one night when a strange advertisement for Dr. Pierce's dream therapy program catches your eye. Upon falling asleep, you unexpectedly become a participant in the experiment. Now, stuck in a recurring dream, you must solve a sequence of perplexing puzzles to find your way out.

Your journey is narrated by Dr. Glenn Pierce, who appears committed to guiding you home. His AI assistant, however, has different plans. In this dreamscape, appearances are deceptive, and your point of view is key. The core gameplay involves forced perspective; you'll investigate rooms and use your ingenuity to discover each escape route.
You will manipulate objects, changing their size to create stepping stones, clear blockages, and progress to the next area. As you advance, you'll encounter new mechanics like trompe-l'œil illusions, puzzles that require you to find the precise vantage point to solve them.
For the first two weeks following launch, the game will be offered at a 25% discount, after which the price will be $7.99. A free trial will be available for those who want to try it before buying. For more details, visit Pillow Castle's official website or follow them on Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
