Morris Wick, located at the Village Shop in Wyndham, possesses a copy of the Crafting Manual. However, acquiring it isn't as simple as bartering. You'll need to engage in some clever blackmail and negotiation. Upon entering St. Katherine’s Church, you'll uncover a recent murder of Maisie, which the Vicar is keen to cover up. Further investigation will lead you to evidence implicating Morris as the perpetrator.
To gather this evidence, head to the Brewery Cellar at coordinates 30.5 E, 80.5 N in the west of Wyndham Village. Enter through the cellar door by the ruined building and search until you find and read the note titled "Kill the One They Call Maisie". With this note in hand, return to Morris' Village Shop at 33.3 E, 79.9 N. Engage in dialogue that pressures Morris without outright threatening him until you reach the "Bargaining" option. Selecting this will prompt Morris to hand over the Crafting Manual in exchange for your silence on his crime.
Alternatively, you can find the Crafting Manual in the D Section of The Interchange, though this method is more time-consuming and challenging.
