What is the Water Bubble?

How to Get the Water Bubble

Screenshot by The EscapistLocate the Bubble Mermaid NPC at the shore of the largest island in the Grand Reef (near the Shipwright and Marley). She'll offer to help you breathe underwater in exchange for $C25,000 and three Resins.
Obtaining Resins
Screenshot by The EscapistTo acquire Resins, navigate to the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680) and begin fishing. Your success rate depends on your equipment; the Kraken Rod significantly boosts your chances (10-20%), while lacking it drastically reduces your odds (to approximately 0.04%). You need three Resins in total.
