Kuro Games has unveiled an exciting update for Wuthering Waves with the upcoming Version 2.1, titled "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls," set to launch soon. This patch introduces a wealth of new content, including two new five-star Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, alongside new weapons and regions to explore. The update expands the world of Ragunna City and its surroundings, offering fresh narratives, challenges, and exploration opportunities.
At the forefront of this update are the new Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, whose unique combat styles promise to invigorate the gameplay experience. Alongside them, players can acquire new weapons such as the five-star Luminous Hymn and Unflickering Valor, and the four-star Ocean’s Gift, obtainable through a fishing-themed event on the Riccioli Islands.
For those eager to explore, Version 2.1 unveils the Vault Underground and the Riccioli Islands. The Vault, hidden beneath the Sea of Clouds, serves as a secure storage area, while the Riccioli Islands preserve traditions from Rinascita’s past, contrasting with the structured order of Ragunna.
These new areas enrich the lore of Wuthering Waves, complementing new stories like Brant’s Companion Story, "Sail Day, Captain!," which delves into his background, and the "Silent as a Falling Leaf" Exploration Quest, which uncovers more mysteries of Ragunna. Players will also face new challenges with the introduction of Echoes such as "Rage Against the Statue" and "Aero Prism."
The update brings several limited-time events to keep players engaged. "Old Man and the Whale" invites players to embark on a quest for rare fish, while "Apex Ragunna" ties into the Carnevale festival, unlocking new areas in the Water City.
