Wuthering Waves launches Phase II of its Version 2.1 update on March 6th. This release brings a host of new events, Resonator and weapon banners, and plenty of rewards to claim. Here's a complete overview of what's coming.
What’s Happening?
The companion story, "Sail Day, Captain!", becomes permanently available starting March 6th. This narrative focuses on Brant, captain of the Fool’s Troupe, and his latest adventures. To access it, you must first reach Union Level 20 and complete Main Quest Chapter II Act III: "What Yesterday Wept, Today Doth Sing."
Version 2.1 Phase II introduces powerful Resonators to summon. The Blaze Across the Deep and Vermillion’s Ploy banners will be active from March 6th to March 26th. Brant is the featured 5-star Resonator in Blaze Across the Deep, with increased drop rates, and is joined by the 4-star Resonators Youhu, Taoqi, and Mortefi.
If you prefer Changli, the Vermillion’s Ploy banner is your best destination. She also appears with the same boosted 4-star lineup. Both Brant and Changli are event-exclusive characters. Their Wavebands will be available in the Afterglow Coral Store until these banners conclude.
Two featured weapon banners, Unflickering Valor and Blazing Brilliance, will also run from March 6th to March 26th. These banners offer a chance to obtain their respective 5-star weapons, along with strong 4-star gear like Waning Redshift, Comet Flare, and Marcato.
Wuthering Waves Version 2.1 Phase II Has Plenty of Events Too!
Infinite Battle Simulation II takes place from March 6th to March 27th. Defeat enemies, open supply chests, and accumulate Tactic Points and Low-Capacity Variables to earn rewards such as Malleable Elite Class Echoes and a Premium Resonance Potion. To participate, you need to be Union Level 14 or higher and have finished Chapter II Prologue: "Through the Sea Thou Break."
Beyond the Waves, an exploration event, runs from March 13th to March 27th. Complete daily event objectives, gather Adventure Logs, and exchange them for random Adventure Packages. The reward pool includes items like Forgery Premium Supply and Crystal Solvent. You only need to be Union Level 14 to enter.
Bountiful Crescendo offers a limited-time double-drop event from March 20th to March 27th. By spending Waveplates on Simulations or Forgery Challenges, you'll receive double the usual rewards. Download Wuthering Waves from the Google Play Store now to prepare for Version 2.1 Phase II.
