The GO Wild Area event introduces Toxtricity, the Punk Pokémon! Catch both its standard and Dynamax forms by teaming up, participating in Max Battles, and potentially receiving it as a Special Research reward.
Gigantamax Pokémon dramatically increase in size and change appearance. You and up to 39 other Trainers must coordinate strategies to defeat them, utilizing Max Particles to power up your Pokémon's Max Moves. Each Gigantamax Pokémon boasts a unique G-Max Move. The Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global event takes place November 23rd and 24th. Check out the trailer!
You're already familiar with Dynamax Pokémon in Pokémon GO – those towering red-glowing giants surrounded by swirling clouds. Trainers level 13 and above can access the "To the Max!" Special Research, leading them directly to these behemoths.Power Spots, the locations of Max Battles, appear dynamically across the map, requiring exploration to locate them.
