Evolving Karrablast during the event (or until 10:00 p.m. local time on February 16th) yields an Escavalier knowing the powerful Charged Attack, Razor Shell (35 power in Trainer Battles, 55 power in Gyms and Raids). Similarly, evolving Shelmet within the same timeframe grants you an Accelgor with the Charged Attack Energy Ball (a hefty 90 power in all battle types).
Special Research and Timed Research:
