Shadow Milk Cookie, a powerful Cookie drawing energy from another dimension, unleashes his "Puppet Show" skill, targeting low-HP enemies with periodic damage culminating in a devastating Grand Finale that affects all enemies and applies Taint for amplified damage. Even after defeat, he transforms, continuing his puppet summoning.
Candy Apple Cookie, wielding a colossal lollipop, crushes enemies, diminishing their attack and defense. The shattered lollipop creates HP shields for allies and boosts their attack. Further enhancing his value, Candy Apple Cookie’s shards increase enemy damage taken.
Spire of Shadows introduces the Confusion and Distortion mechanics (as seen in Stage 7-4). Confusion increases damage received, while Shadow Milk and Candy Apple Cookies gain strength. The Domain of Deceit effect, active on specific stages, reduces damage taken by these Cookies, adding strategic complexity.
Players will also accompany Pure Vanilla Cookie on his journey to the Spire of All Knowledge, uncovering pivotal memories and secrets that will influence the Cookie World's destiny. Completing this episode unlocks Bear Jelly Balloon expeditions, providing access to Yeast Ore and increased Rainbow Pearls at the Trade Harbor.

The update also includes the Monster Menace event, offering extra rewards like Soulstones and Beascuits for clearing stages. The Monster Menace Marathon provides additional rewards even after the event concludes for completing a set number of stages.
