Costume Minccino Release Date and Shiny Availability
Costume Minccino and Cinccino debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. Minccino's stylish new look includes rhinestone glasses and ear bows. While Costume Minccino has a shiny variant, Costume Cinccino does not.
How to Catch Costume Minccino
Unlike previous events, obtaining Costume Minccino is limited to two methods:
One-Star Raids
Costume Minccino appears in One-Star Raids during the Fashion Week event. These raids are generally soloable, offering a straightforward way to obtain one, provided you can access a Gym. However, other Pokémon like Costume Shinx and Furfrou also appear in One-Star Raids, so finding a Minccino raid may require some searching.
Paid Timed Research
Field Research Tasks
While event-themed Pokémon encounters are available through Field Research Tasks, Niantic's blog doesn't specify if Costume Minccino is among them. Free-to-play players may need to rely solely on raids.
Obtaining Costume Cinccino
To get Costume Cinccino, evolve your Costume Minccino using 50 Minccino Candy and a Unova Stone.
