New Story Trailer and Large-Scale Beta Weekend Announced
Dune: Awakening is on the fast track to its launch with an eagerly anticipated large-scale beta weekend. On April 25, Funcom announced on their official website that they are hosting a dedicated weekend for Dune: Awakening’s global beta test. Alongside this announcement, they unveiled a captivating new trailer that showcases some of the game's cinematic cutscenes and intriguing story snippets.
The beta test promises to welcome a massive influx of new players and, unlike previous closed betas, will have no NDA restrictions. This means players can freely share their experiences and even stream their gameplay online. Funcom’s post states, "With access to the first 20 hours of the game and most of Act 1 of the story, you will get a taste of both spice and story."
