Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson), returning for season two, confirmed the November start date to Screen Rant. While the full cast hasn't been officially announced, Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to reprise their roles. Uggams hinted at intriguing developments for her character, Betty Pearson, a Vault-Tec executive assistant: "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing," she teased. "So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."

A tentative release date of 2026 is projected, considering the filming and post-production timeline. (For reference, Fallout season one filmed around July 2022 and premiered in April 2024.) An official release date is yet to be confirmed.
