Genshin Impact Version 6.0 Leak Reveals Nasha Town and Nod-Krai Locations
Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. While the Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are incorporating placeholders for the Cryo nation of Snezhnaya, the Tsaritsa's domain. Snezhnaya's immense size, potentially surpassing Sumeru and Liyue, necessitates a regional division, with expansion planned across future updates. It's expected to extend westward from Natlan, encompassing Fontaine to the north.
Initial leaks suggested Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0; however, recent datamining confirms its location. As an autonomous Snezhnayan province and key trade hub, Nod-Krai connects the Cryo Nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's accounts place Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost reaches, suggesting player access via Fontaine or Natlan.
Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster indicate that Version 5.4's beta build includes a placeholder landmass beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass seemingly connects to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion. While this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timing, the evidence strongly points towards Nasha Town and Nod-Krai's placement.
Nod-Krai: A Lawless Province
Nod-Krai is both a region and city on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite the Voynich Guild's presence, it's known for its lawlessness. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement within the province, and its inhabitants reportedly possess pre-Elemental Teyvat powers.
Dividing Snezhnaya might prove controversial, but its scale likely necessitates a multi-year rollout for both narrative and development reasons. With Natlan's Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will likely prepare the stage for Snezhnaya. While Capitano's fate remains unknown, Natlan introduces Skirk, a playable character linked to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring delays, Version 6.0's launch is anticipated for September 10, 2025.
