Version 5.4 introduces Yumemizuki Mizuki, a 5-star Anemo Catalyst user. Her Dreamdrifter state unleashes AoE Anemo DMG and boosts Swirl reactions. Her Elemental Burst summons a Mini Baku dispensing special treats. She'll be featured in the first half alongside a Sigewinne rerun. Furina and Wriothesley reruns follow in the second half. Missing Mizuki? She'll appear in the Standard Wish banner in Version 5.5.
