In *Citizen Sleeper 2*, assembling your crew is crucial for completing various contracts. This guide will walk you through the process of recruiting every crew member in the game. Remember, while most recruitment is straightforward, some situations may require you to perform well during a Contract or event. It's also possible to lose crew members due to a bad roll or miss out on recruiting someone entirely.

How to Get Every Crew Member in Citizen Sleeper 2
How to Get Serafin and Bliss
The first two party members you’ll encounter are Serafin and Bliss. Serafin, although a constant presence in your crew, is generally not available for Contracts. Both Serafin and Bliss are unlocked automatically without any specific achievements tied to their recruitment.
How to Get Juni
You’ll meet Juni as a temporary crew member on Hexport in *Citizen Sleeper 2*. After Juni leaves the group temporarily, you can recruit them permanently by heading to Helion Gate. Complete the Idle Minds clock at the Solheim Records area to trigger a cutscene with Juni. Finish the subsequent Contract and agree to let Juni rejoin your ship to secure their permanent recruitment.
Recruiting Juni unlocks the Data Archaeologist achievement.
How to Get Yu-Jin
You’ll encounter Yu-Jin on Far Spindle after completing the Getting Wracked clock at Gaia’s Gyre. To do this, select “Order a Wrack” four times, costing you a total of 16 Cryo. After completing this, you’ll have the opportunity to talk to Yu-Jin and receive a Contract from him. Upon finishing the Contract, you can recruit Yu-Jin permanently to your team.
Recruiting Yu-Jin unlocks the The Freelancer achievement.
How to Get Luis
During the Aphelion Beacon contract, you’ll have the option to leave Yu-Jin behind. Choosing to do so will allow you to recruit Luis.
Recruiting Luis unlocks the Signalchaser achievement.
How to Get Kadet
You’ll first encounter Kadet on Far Spindle after completing the Spindle Core clock at the Spindle Core location. This will unlock a new drive and the Stripline Express location on Far Spindle. After the cutscene, new options will become available at Stripline Express. Complete these to trigger another cutscene. Then, head to the Scatteryards in a different part of The Belt to recruit Kadet.
Recruiting Kadet unlocks the The Spindlejack achievement.
How to Get Femi & Nia
Femi and Nia are recruited similarly, but you can only choose one. You’ll initially work with Nia on Hexport, where you’ll also meet Femi. Later, on Floatsam, Femi will convince you to take a Contract to ensure Nia's safety. Upon completing the Contract, you’ll have the choice between recruiting Femi or Nia.
Recruiting Femi unlocks the Big Brother achievement, while recruiting Nia unlocks the Little Sister achievement.
How to Get Flint
After your first visit to Olivera, you’ll receive a Contract to investigate the disappearance of Flint and another character. This will lead to another Contract where you must quickly prepare a trap for an enemy. When the time comes, follow Xander to rescue Flint. Successfully completing this Contract will give you the option to bring Flint aboard your crew.
Recruiting Flint unlocks the Fugitive achievement.
