Honkai Star Rail's Version 3.0, "Paean of Era Nova," launches January 15th, transporting the Astral Express from Penacony to the enigmatic new world of Amphoreus.
Amphoreus: A World of Mystery and Chaos
This new planet is shrouded in perpetual night, a land of chaos and mystery where the inhabitants are unaware of the world beyond their borders. They revere Titans, ancient beings whose civil wars and a cataclysmic "black tide" plunged Amphoreus into darkness, threatening the very survival of humanity within the Holy City of Okhema.
New Characters Join the Crew
Version 3.0 introduces two compelling new characters:
- Herta: A 5-star Ice-type powerhouse, a cosmic genius and AoE damage specialist.
- Aglaea: The elegant yet deadly dressmaster of Okhema and a Flame-Chase legend, whose synchronized combat with her memosprite, Garmentmaker, promises a unique and stylish fighting experience.
Unraveling the Abyss of Fate
The Trailblazer and Dan Heng delve into the ominous Abyss of Fate, a realm of ancient ruins and legends, where the three Titans—Time, Passage, and Law—once held dominion over time and space. Players will encounter Oronyx, the Titan of Time, and acquire the Path of Remembrance. A new companion, the adorable and enigmatic Mem (whose only utterance is "Mem"), also joins the adventure.
The Vortex of Genesis Awaits
The final destination in Version 3.0 is the Vortex of Genesis, a divine sanctuary for the Titans and the location of the Miracle of Genesis. Here, collected Coreflames illuminate constellations, chronicling the epic journeys of the Chrysos Heirs.
Returning Characters and New Rewards
The first half of the update features the return of Lingsha, Feixiao, and Jade, while the second half brings Boothill, Robin, and Silver Wolf. Players who log in during the update will receive a new Preservation outfit for March 7th.
