Infinity Nikki: A Guide to Obtaining Stellar Fruit
Infinity Nikki's vast array of stylish outfits requires diverse crafting materials, some readily available, others more elusive. Stellar Fruit falls into the latter category. This guide details how to acquire this shimmering ingredient.
Stellar Fruit's Exclusive Location: Wishing Woods
Stellar Fruit is exclusively found in the Wishing Woods, accessible after completing Chapter 6 of the main storyline. After assisting Timis in the Wish Inspection Center, begin your search.
Nighttime Harvesting: The Chronos Tree
Crucially, Stellar Fruit only appears at night on unique Chronos Trees. During the day, these trees bear Sol Fruit. To expedite the process, use your Pear-Pal's "Run, Pear-Pal" function to fast-forward to 22:00 (the start of nighttime). Locate a daytime Sol Fruit tree; time-skipping will instantly transform it.
Collecting the Fruit
Each Chronos Tree yields up to three Stellar Fruits. You can either jump to reach them or "Push" the tree to drop the fruit. Quickly gather any additional fruit on the ground, as Maskwing Bugs will attempt to carry them away. Use a Bug-Catching outfit to capture these insects and reclaim the fruit.
Utilizing the Map for Tracking
Once you've found your first Stellar Fruit, use the in-game map to track nearby sources. Go to your map, select "Collections" (bottom-left), find Stellar Fruit under the Plants category, and select "Track." A higher Collection Insight level unlocks Stellar Fruit Essence.
The above map shows all known Stellar Fruit locations in the Wishing Woods if Precise Tracking isn't unlocked.
Alternative Acquisition: The In-Game Store
Alternatively, you can purchase up to five Stellar Fruits per month from the in-game store's "Resonance" tab. However, this requires Surging Ebb, obtained from duplicate 5-Star clothing items, making it a less efficient method.
Remember to collect other rare items, such as Pink Ribbon Eels (available only during the Shooting Star season, V.1.1), while exploring.
