Monster Hunter Wilds Max HR Explained
Currently, there's no maximum Hunter Rank in Monster Hunter Wilds. You can continuously increase your HR as you progress through the game, similar to previous Monster Hunter titles.
Reaching every tenth rank yields a small reward, making the pursuit worthwhile. However, after completing all High Rank missions, further HR increases are primarily for bragging rights.
How to Increase Hunter Rank
Raising your HR in Monster Hunter Wilds is simple: complete main story missions. During the story, only main missions increase your HR; side quests won't. This is crucial, as your HR dictates which monsters you can hunt online, preventing you from being left behind, especially in group play.
Once you reach High Rank, new missions unlock as you defeat standard and Tempered monsters. Focusing on these missions provides the fastest way to increase your HR.
