Ubisoft unveiled the latest Rainbow Six Siege operator, Rauora, at the Six Invitational. This New Zealand-based attacker boasts a unique gadget: the DOM launcher.
The DOM launcher is a deployable, bulletproof shield designed for doorways. While indestructible by small arms fire, it's vulnerable to explosives. A crucial tactical element is its variable activation time: one second for attackers, three seconds for defenders – a significant difference when the defuser is planted.

Rauora also brings the Reaper MK2, a new fully automatic pistol featuring a red dot sight and high-capacity magazine, to the game. She can also equip the M249 LMG or the 417 marksman rifle.
Rauora will be playable on the test servers within the coming week, with a full release slated for later.
