The R.E.P.O. secret shop is tucked away within the Service Station, accessible only between runs. You'll need to complete at least level 1 and meet your quota before gaining access to the Service Station.
Once inside the Service Station, look up! The secret shop entrance is hidden behind a loose ceiling tile. To easily locate it, try throwing a grenade or other explosive near the healing items—the tile is usually nearby.
