Participate in the "Stop PD Choi!" and "Sus PD" field events to collect event currencies: Employee IDs and Project Proposals. Complete repeat requests to earn Black Coffee (the in-game currency, not the actual beverage!), and unlock limited-time rewards including the Overtimer Outfit, PD's IDs, and Scrolls.
