Clash Royale players finally got their wish with a major upgrade to the Inferno Dragon. After nearly a decade without an Evolution form, this fiery Legendary card receives a significant power boost. To celebrate the occasion, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special cinematic reveal.
The Negotiation Heats Up!
Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon takes center stage in a new Clash Royale trailer featuring Leikola as the creature's quirky talent agent trying to make it big in Hollywood.
The playful trailer shows the dragon abandoning its Clash Royale duties to pursue fame and fortune in Tinseltown.
Fans can enjoy the Inferno Dragon and Leikola's negotiation hijinks straight from Supercell's Clash Royale offices.
The Evolution version dramatically improves the Inferno Dragon's combat effectiveness. While the original form resets damage when switching targets, the upgraded version maintains its increasing damage output - making it far more dangerous on the battlefield.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Clash Royale Season
Titled "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the new season brings both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and the return of the popular 2v2 League format. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.
The season introduces Milestone Events starting at Arena 7, offering rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.
Crown Chase #1 delivers a Battle Banner with decorative frame plus an Epic Book of Cards, while Crown Chase #2 provides another Battle Banner along with 3 Evolution Shards.
Developers have prepared an impressive lineup of special game modes and challenges throughout June and early July to showcase the new Evolution cards:
