Crunchyroll Adds 10 Second Ninja X to Android

The lightning-fast puzzle-platformer 10 Second Ninja X is now available on Android, playable via Crunchyroll's Game Vault. Initially created by Four Circle Interactive and published by Curve Games, the title first launched on PC and consoles in July 2016.

Nearly a decade later, it arrives on mobile.

In 10 Second Ninja X, you step into the shoes of a vengeful ninja with just ten seconds to spare. A timer starts as soon as you move in each level. Your arsenal includes a sword, three shuriken, and a host of robotic foes to eliminate.

Your goal is to rush in, destroy every robot on screen, and do it all in a flash. The key is finding the optimal route—misjudging your order of attacks or wasting a shuriken on an incorrect target will cost you dearly.

While the original 10 Second Ninja featured Robot Hitler as the primary antagonist, this installment replaces him with the pirate-themed villain Captain Greatbeard.

The story follows your character after being captured by Captain Greatbeard, who enjoys imprisoning innocent forest animals inside his robotic army. Given that pirates aren't typically found in forests, Greatbeard is certainly an eccentric figure.

With 100 levels distributed across 11 distinct worlds, the game offers plenty of challenges. You can also test your skills in Marathon Modes, where levels are linked together in one continuous run. For tougher stages, ghost hints and player replays are available to guide you.

The hub world allows for exploration, where you can uncover hidden mini-games. You're able to swap costumes and discover additional secrets, with eight different outfits available to unlock.

Beyond the removal of Robot Hitler, 10 Second Ninja X also features updated visuals with a more cartoon-inspired style. However, the core gameplay remains intact: you have exactly ten seconds, and there's no room for mistakes.

If you're a Crunchyroll subscriber, you can download the game directly from the Google Play Store.
