The highly anticipated collaboration between Punishing Gray Raven (PGR) and Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) is set to launch in China on May 22. This crossover event, announced during a dedicated livestream by developer Kuro Games on April 27, promises an exciting blend of characters and gameplay from both universes.
Initially teased during PGR's 5th anniversary livestream in late 2024, the event features iconic DMC5 characters Dante and Vergil, who will make their debut in PGR. The livestream not only confirmed their inclusion but also unveiled further details about the collaboration.
Coming on May 22
The PGR x DMC5 event will be exclusive to the CN server, with no current plans announced for other regions. Players can look forward to a special collaboration story event that will immerse them in a unique narrative blending the worlds of PGR and DMC5.
Free Dante Omniframe and Limited Gacha Banners
During the event, players can obtain a Dante Omniframe for free by completing Chapter 6 of the collaboration story. Additionally, a Vergil Omniframe will be available through a limited-time banner. The event will feature four special rate-up banners: Dante Rate Up, Fate Dante Rate Up, Vergil Rate Up, and Fate Vergil Rate Up, with pulls discounted to 175 Black Cards each.
An exciting bonus system will be in place: the first two pulls of either Dante or Vergil will grant an additional copy of the character, delivered via in-game mail. This means pulling one copy will result in an extra copy, and pulling two copies will yield two more, though this bonus applies only to the first two pulls.
Punishing Gray Raven is available on iOS and Android across five regions: China (CN), Taiwan (TW), Japan (JP), Korea (KR), and Global (GL). In November 2024, Kuro Games announced plans to synchronize updates across global servers to align with the CN server, with the goal of completing this by the end of 2025.
