These missions occur towards the end of the game, allowing players to reach the Legends of the Zone and save their progress manually. This strategic save point lets you explore all possible endings without the need to replay the entire game.
Choices That Affect STALKER 2’s Ending
The three missions that determine your ending are Subtle Matter, Dangerous Liaisons, and The Last Wish. These choices are crucial and occur late in the game, so players can progress to the Legends of the Zone and make a manual save before deciding their path.
She Will Never Be Free

In this ending, Stelok's goal is to protect the Zone. To achieve this, you must align with Strelok, which means making enemies of all other factions. This involves rejecting Scar, fleeing from Korshunov, and shooting Kaymanov. Strelok, a recurring character in the series, offers a rich backstory that's worth exploring.
Project Y

- The Last Wish: [Lower the Gun]
For the Project Y ending, follow the same choices as in "She Will Never Be Free," but instead of shooting Kaymanov, lower your gun and side with him. Kaymanov, a scientist, believes in letting the Zone evolve naturally without interference from any controlling entity.
Today Never Ends

- The Last Wish:
The faction Spark, led by Scar from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky, offers another path. Helping Scar leads him to enter a pod he believes will transport him to the Shining Zone. Unlike other endings, the Spark path only requires choices in two of the three critical missions.
Brave New World

- The Last Wish: N/A
Aligning with The Ward faction and Colonel Krushunov leads to a campaign to destroy the Zone. Similar to the Spark ending, this path also involves making choices in only two missions.
