Grand Outlaws Arrives in US After Development Delay
Following months of anticipation, Grand Outlaws has officially entered soft launch. Hardbit Studio's chaotic open-world shooter is now available for Android users in the United States as of May 15th, with global and iOS releases planned for later dates.
The development team utilized the extended production time to enhance the game significantly. Players can expect expanded locations, optimized performance, and additional content beyond the original vision - all improvements made before the full worldwide launch coming this year.
The initial version features three distinctive gameplay modes:
- Battle Royale - Last-player-standing combat with mobile-optimized mechanics
- Racing - High-speed vehicular mayhem
- Deathmatch - Classic shooter action
All modes support quick switching between weapons, vehicles, and customization options, allowing players to seamlessly transition between structured competition and free-roaming exploration.

Future Platform Expansion Plans
The studio has mapped out an ambitious multi-platform strategy:
- Full Android and Epic Store release: July/August
- iOS and PC (Steam/Epic) launch: October
- Console versions (PlayStation/Xbox/Switch): 2026
Alongside these planned releases, Hardbit is actively developing cross-platform functionality to unite players across devices.
Content Roadmap and Vision
The development team has outlined exciting post-launch content including:
- New gameplay modes (Heists, Destruction Derby)
- Live seasonal events
- Expanded cinematic story campaign
- Enhanced character and hideout customization
- Brand collaborations
Sergey Agafonov, Lead Game Designer, captures the game's spirit perfectly: "Here, you can shoot money from a gun, steal a car dressed as Buttman, and win a Battle Royale — all before your coffee gets cold."
For immediate hands-on experience, US-based Android users can access the soft launch version beginning May 15th through Google Play.
